A 2-Piece Design Flange End Ball Valve is made of two body sections with flanged connections.
It allows easy installation and removal from the pipeline.
The valve provides strong sealing and reliable flow control.
1. TWO-PIECE SPLIT BODY
The body consists of a main body and an adapter piece, bolted together. This split-body construction allows for a Full Bore design, ensuring maximum flow capacity and minimum pressure drop across the valve.
2. BLOWOUT-PROOF STEM:
The stem is internally inserted to provide blowout-proof safety. This design prevents the stem from being ejected under high-pressure conditions, ensuring the highest level of operational safety for your piping system.
3. ISO 5211 MOUNTING PAD:
The top plate is drilled and machined to ISO 5211 standards. This allows for the seamless, direct mounting of pneumatic actuators, electric motors, or gear operators, eliminating the need for expensive brackets or couplings.
4. ADJUSTABLE STEM PACKING:
Features a high-grade PTFE or Graphite packing system. The gland nut is easily accessible for adjustment, allowing the operator to compensate for wear over time and maintain a leak-free seal around the stem.
5. FIRE-SAFE DESIGN:
The valve is engineered with a secondary metal-to-metal seat. In the event of a fire that destroys the soft seats, the ball will float and seal against the metal body, providing a reliable secondary shut-off to prevent hazardous leaks.
Precision-machined flanges compliant with ANSI/ASME B16.5 (Class 150/300) or DIN/EN standards. The integral flanged ends provide a rigid, high-strength connection that is less prone to leakage caused by pipe vibration or thermal expansion.
7. Reinforced RPTFE SEATS:
Equipped with Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats as standard. The seats are designed to provide a bubble-tight shut-off in both directions and are shaped to reduce friction, resulting in lower operating torque and a longer life cycle.
8. ANTISTATIC DEVICE:
The stem assembly includes a spring-loaded antistatic device. This ensures electrical continuity between the ball, stem, and body, preventing the buildup of static electricity and reducing the risk of sparks in volatile environments.
