AREQM Series

The Model AREQM electric actuator represents a next-generation offering from
the company. This product enhances operational reliability by utilizing multiple
power supply modes.
 
Constructed from aluminum alloy, its casing is lightweight
while ensuring robust compressive strength and the safety of its internal
electrical controls.

1. DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION:
The AREQM series features a lightweight aluminum alloy casing that offers robust compressive strength and protects internal electrical controls.

2. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: 
The units have a closed seal design with IP67 certification (IP68 optional) and moisture-proof resistance.

3. SAFETY: 
Flameproof models are rated Ex dIIBT4~T6 or Ex dIICT4~T6.

4. APPLICATIONS: 
Suitable for sectors including metallurgy, petroleum, chemical manufacturing, power generation, water treatment, shipbuilding, pharmaceuticals, and building automation.

POWER SUPPLY:
Compatible with single-phase (24V, 110V, 220V, 230V, 240V) and three-phase (220V, 380V, 415V, 440V) power at 50/60Hz, as well as 24V DC.

OPERATIONAL RANGE:
The ambient temperature range is -25°C to +70°C, with humidity tolerance of <90% RH.

COMMUNICATION OPTIONS:
Various outputs are available, including a precision potentiometer (K3), a 4-20mA switch (K4), and multiple bus types (Modbus, Profibus-DP, Hart, and FF).

CONTROL FEATURES:

  • Equipped with torque and limit switches, motor overheat protection (120°C ± 5°C), and a 360° visual indicator.
  • Models ZREQM-06 through ZREQM-60 include a manual/automatic clutch, while ZREQM-80 through ZREQM-200 are designed without a clutch.
  • Units starting from 160 Nm feature mechanical torque control.

PERFORMANCE DATA:
The series encompasses a wide range of models (AREQM-06 to AREQM-2000), offering output torques ranging from 60 Nm to 20,000 Nm. Detailed physical dimensions and electrical specifications, including starting and rated currents for various voltages, are provided for each model across the documentation.
