World Only Spring – Less Quarter Turn

Pneumatic Actuator

These springless quarter-turn pneumatic actuators are compact, double-acting actuators designed to deliver reliable and precise automation of quarter-turn valves.

Featuring a robust rack-and-pinion mechanism, corrosion-resistant construction, and precision-machined components, they provide smooth, repeatable operation with high efficiency and long service life across demanding industrial applications.

1. Rack & Pinion Mechanism:
Precision-machined rack and pinion design ensures smooth, efficient torque transmission with excellent repeatability.

2. Aluminum Housing:
A lightweight hard-anodized aluminum body provides excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength.

3. Output Shaft:
A high-strength alloy steel shaft with an anti-blowout design ensures reliable torque transmission and operational safety.

4. Pistons:
Die-cast aluminum pistons with low-friction bearings deliver balanced force distribution and smooth movement.

5. Guide Bearings:
Self-lubricating bearings reduce wear and maintain long-term operating accuracy.

6. Travel Stop Screws:
External adjustment screws allow precise setting of valve open and closed positions.

7. Sealing System:
High-performance NBR seals provide reliable air sealing with silicone seals for special applications.

8.
Fasteners:
Stainless steel fasteners improve corrosion resistance and simplify maintenance.

9. Position Indicator:
Multi-position visual indicator compatible with NAMUR standard accessories.
