1. THREE-PIECE SWING-OUT BODY:
The body consists of one center chamber and two end caps, secured by high-tensile bolts. This “swing-out” design allows the center section to be pivoted out of the line for rapid maintenance and seat replacement without disturbing the surrounding pipework.

2. PNEUMATIC RACK & PINION ACTUATOR:
Equipped with a high-torque aluminum or stainless steel pneumatic actuator. Designed for high-frequency cycling, the actuator is available in Double Acting (air-to-open/air-to-close) or Spring Return (fail-safe) configurations to suit your process safety requirements.

3. FULL BORE FLOW PATH:
The 3-piece construction allows for a Full Bore internal diameter, matching the pipe size exactly. This ensures zero flow restriction, minimal pressure drop, and eliminates the risk of media buildup or turbulence within the valve.

4. INTEGRAL ISO 5211 MOUNTING PAD:
The valve body features an integrated top plate drilled to ISO 5211 dimensions. This allows the pneumatic actuator to be “Direct Mounted,” ensuring perfect stem alignment and reducing the overall weight and height of the automated assembly.

5. LIVE-LOADED STEM SEALING:
The stem assembly utilizes self-adjusting Belleville washers that maintain constant pressure on the PTFE packing. This “live-loaded” system automatically compensates for wear and thermal expansion, ensuring a positive seal during high-cycle automated operations.

6. VERSATILE END CONNECTIONS:
Available with Screwed (NPT/BSP), Socket Weld (SW), or Butt Weld (BW) ends. Because the center section can be removed during installation, the end caps can be welded directly to the pipeline without the risk of heat damaging the internal soft seats.

7. ENHANCED SEAT DESIGN:
Features reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats with a pressure-equalizing design. This ensures bubble-tight shut-off in both directions while maintaining low operating torque, which extends the life of the pneumatic actuator.

8. AUTOMATION ACCESSORY INTERFACE:
The actuator is designed with a NAMUR standard interface for the easy mounting of solenoid valves, limit switch boxes (for position feedback), and pneumatic positioners for precise flow modulation.
