1. BODY:
The valve body forms the primary pressure-retaining component and is designed with a compact wafer construction for easy installation between standard flanges. Manufactured from a wide range of cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel grades, it provides excellent structural strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life across diverse industrial applications.
2. DISC:
The precision-engineered single disc serves as the valve’s moving element, automatically opening under forward flow and closing when the flow reverses to prevent backflow. Available in multiple material options, the disc delivers reliable sealing performance, low pressure loss, and dependable operation under varying service conditions.
3. Cover:
The cover securely encloses the internal assembly while protecting critical components from external contaminants. It also facilitates maintenance and inspection when required, ensuring the valve remains easy to service throughout its operational life.
4. Screw:
High-strength screws securely fasten the cover to the valve body, maintaining structural integrity and leak-tight performance under operating pressure. Precision fastening ensures reliable assembly and long-term durability.
5. EYE-BOLT:

6. O-RING:
